1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SecureShot Pass, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SecureShot Pass provides digital invitations, access management, attendee passes, event check-in workflows, and related account and administrative tools.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use, credential compromise, or suspected security incidents.
• We may require verification (including phone/email checks) to enable or restore access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scanning, extraction, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• Interfere with service operations, availability, or security controls.
• Upload or transmit malware or malicious code.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation or authority.

5. User and Organizer Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SecureShot Pass a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

You represent that you have the rights required to submit the content and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by SecureShot Pass or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred.

7. SMS and Transactional Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and requesting authentication or event access, you agree to receive transactional messages such as one-time passcodes, security alerts, and event updates.

• Message frequency varies by account and event activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for support where available.
• Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential SMS where available.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers (for example hosting, messaging, authentication, analytics). Their services may be subject to separate terms and may change, degrade, or become unavailable outside our control.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or used the service in a way that could harm users, organizers, or the platform.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureShot Pass and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecureShot Pass and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not use the service in violation of export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where SecureShot Pass is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. You agree to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for disputes not subject to mandatory consumer protections.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless a later date is specified. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement for service use.
• If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights or future enforcement.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as needed.
